Most of us think of our dreams as a mysterious part of the way that our minds work a natural occurrence which we can control no more than we can the weather. These trips taken by our subconscious while our bodies are at rest are thought by most of us as something which is not truly understood, much less within our power to shape. However, anyone can learn dream control and start deciding what happens in their dreams. This is possible thanks to the technique of lucid dreaming.

Just what is lucid dreaming, exactly? Can anyone gain the ability of dream control? What is there to be gained by lucid dreaming? Read on for a look at dream control and how it can be helpful to you.

What Is Dream Control?

When we use lucid dreaming, we can use the ability of dream control. Lucid dreaming begins with the awareness that you are dreaming while you are in the middle of a dream. Once you know that you are actually dreaming, you can start deciding how the events of your dream will unfold.

People who suffer from nightmares frequently can find relief with dream control. Once they learn to use this powerful technique, they can banish their nightmares and get the restful sleep they need.

Common Ways of Bringing About Lucid Dreaming

Binaural audio is a new technology which has been proven effective in helping people to reach a lucid dreaming state. Binaural audio involves listening to two different frequencies simultaneously. When the listener hears these two frequencies, they begin to relax and their brainwaves synchronize with each other, which induces the REM sleep state which is needed for lucid dreaming and dream control.

Before the availability of binaural audio on CDs and DVS, the methods of choice for bringing about lucid dreaming were meditation and self-hypnosis; these are effective methods, but it can take a long time for people to master these techniques to the extent necessary to have lucid dreaming experiences at will.

There have been other approaches to lucid dreaming developed by experts over the years, they worked in the fields of psychology and science to do this. Aside from the way you get there, the end result is the same, training your mind as it is asleep, to know when it is dreaming.

This all starts while we are fully conscious, you have to have a key to use, as far as what to say or do, while you are dreaming, and that signals your brain that you are dreaming, and then permits you to control the rest of the dream.

You can tell yourself that you will do or say a certain thing in your dream to remind yourself and begin lucid dreaming as you start to fall asleep. Once you do or say this cue, you will come to the awareness that you are dreaming and begin to have a lucid dream.

This method of learning dream control was developed by scientist Dr. Stephen LaBerge and is known as MILD (sort for mnemonic induction of lucid dreams). This technique can let you control the course of events in your dreams you are only limited by your imagination!

A dream diary can also help you to get started with lucid dreaming. Immediately after you wake up, write down each and every detail that you remember from your dreams. After doing this for a while, youll train your mind to remember your dreams; this is the first step to dream control and soon youll start having lucid dreams!

With dream control you can go anywhere, do anything and see anyone that you can imagine. There are no limits to what you can do when you are lucid dreaming.

Many experts agree however, that there can be a drawback to too much lucid dreaming, as with anything else doing with life, and that this can head towards the wrong results. It is always been a valuable thing to naturally dream, through it we learn many things about ourselves that would stay dead and buried otherwise. Have fun with your lucid dreaming. This is an unique experience just schedule yourselves some nights for normal dreaming too!

The vast majority of people think of dreams as something mysterious which is not within our power to control. Whether we have nightmares or very pleasant dreams, a lot of us think of our dreams as ’sound and thunder’, so to speak and believe that they are something which we cannot exert any kind of control over. In fact, this is not the case at all. Through the method called lucid dreaming, dream control is something that anyone can have.

What does this term ‘lucid dreaming‘ really mean and in what way does it happen, and what are the benefits to this? Are people really able to obtain control, and make their nightly travels in the dreaming arena into an ongoing, never ending adventure? Stay tuned to this article for your answers of these often asked questions on the topic of controlling dreams.

What Is Dream Control?

Dream control, which is the ability granted to us by the technique of lucid dreaming is having the knowledge that you are dreaming even while in the middle of a dream. While you are sound asleep, your mind can be aware of the fact that you are dreaming, letting you be in control of the events which transpire in your dreams.

People who have recurring nightmares can find relief by using lucid dreaming this simple, but very powerful technique can help them to stop their nightmares and get the rest they need.

Common Techniques For Inducing Lucid Dreaming

A very successful way to reach lucid dreaming uses binaural audio, with this you listen to 2 different types of frequencies simultaneously, for the purpose of altering the brain waves, to bring on a relaxed stage, and also the rapid eye movement (REM) stage of sleep, which is where the lucid dreaming occurs.

Before the availability of binaural audio on CDs and DVS, the methods of choice for bringing about lucid dreaming were meditation and self-hypnosis; these are effective methods, but it can take a long time for people to master these techniques to the extent necessary to have lucid dreaming experiences at will.

Besides these methods, there are many other techniques which have been employed by experts in the field. Regardless of how one trains their mind to start using dream control, the idea in every case is to let the dreamer come to the awareness that they are dreaming and start to take control of their dreams.

This kind of metal training begins, of course while we are still fully awake. The aim is to give yourself a cue; either an action or a word which when performed in your dream, will serve as your signal that you are dreaming which lets you start exerting dream control.

You do this by just stating to yourself, before falling asleep, that very soon you will be in the middle of dreaming, and in a dream you are going to say a word or phrase, or act in a specific manner, that will let you know that you are in a dream.

This method of learning dream control was developed by scientist Dr. Stephen LaBerge and is known as MILD (sort for mnemonic induction of lucid dreams). This technique can let you control the course of events in your dreams you are only limited by your imagination!

You can achieve lucid dreaming, by also keeping a record of what you remember about your dreams, upon waking in a journal or notebook, that you have by your bed. Do this enough nights and you will begin to recollect the facts you’ve written, and then you will start having dreams like the ones your wrote the facts about, which this can enable you to start managing your dreams.

When you know how to use dream control, you can dismiss your nightmares and have incredible experiences which would never be possible in the physical world you can go anywhere and do anything that your imagination can conceive!

As with anything else, though there can be too much of a good thing. According to psychologists and other experts, our dreams can be a way that our subconscious minds communicate important messages to us. So while lucid dreaming is indeed an incredible experience, youll also want to have natural dreams so remember to take some time off from lucid dreaming now and again.

How To Lucid Dream

Having a lucid dream is essentially a very simple idea. It is nothing more than the condition of being aware that one is dreaming while in the midst of dreaming. In this context, lucid means aware or conscious. The degree of lucidity of any dream depends on the stability of the dream itself, how much of the dream can be recalled upon awakening and most importantly, the control that one can exert over the events of the dream.

The most striking aspect of having a lucid dream is this very control. Knowing that the things going on around you are only a part of your dream is something which is quite unlike anything else. You are at the wheel of this ship and have full control over what happens. Other than your imagination, there are no boundaries to what you can do in your Lucid Dream experiences.

Take a minute to consider the possibilities. While everything that happens in a Lucid Dream may seem real and can be experienced by all of your senses, there are no lasting effects to your actions; you can do anything you want without fear of injury when lucid dreaming and there are no limits on the things you can do. This is truly a virtual reality experience which no other can even come close to.

Lucid dreaming is an incredible skill that more and more people are mastering. Having a Lucid Dream is something almost everyone experiences very occasionally, but just imagine how exhilarating it would be if you could Lucid Dream whenever you want to!

If you truly want to open up a new path into some pretty amazing experiences then you probably want to learn just what you can do with these dreams. Imagine, if you will, being able to create your own universe, your own movie saga, create novels and book, or even experiment and design things all in the state of peaceful relaxation and slumber. You could even time travel and speak to people you have never met or have not seen in many years. Your dram has no limits!

It can be fairly complicated to achieve controlled Lucid Dreams on a regular basis. Up until recently many people spent months in training and using special self-conditioning procedures before even experiencing one single Lucid Dream. Even then, most people never even succeed once, let alone on a regular basis.

Some Simple Ideas that May Produce a Lucid Dream

Some say that eating certain foods shortly before going to bed promote Lucid Dreaming. Some of these foods are cheese, orange juice, milk and mustard.

Some other people have noted that pickles, ice cream, popcorn, and even fish have assisted them. These may not be as effective in aiding Lucid Dream occurrences. The idea that some people claim is that these foods containing high sugar, high fat, and even high acid content, prepare your brain for the session. They even claim that they prepare your brain to recall the Lucid Dream afterwards. The main issue is that these foods hamper the body and minds ability to produce restful sleep.

Assistant Technology

As technology improves, so does the chance to get assistance with your Lucidity. There are now modern devices that you can use to stimulate and induce lucid dreams. There are innovative devices like masks and eyeshades that notice faster eye movement and blink a red diode when you begin to doze. This red beam is integrated into the dream, and reminds the person who is asleep that they are dreaming. The person can then start to control the dream once they realize that it actually is a dream!

Even more exciting devices are coming to the market. One of these is a piece of sound wave technology. This has opened up a new realm for those whom desire a Lucid Dream. The process involves playing a different sound wave in each ear. This process is known as binaural beats.

What this process does is to synchronize the two hemispheres of the brain. And almost instantly, just by listening to these special frequencies, puts the brainwaves into a state known as REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep which is the state needed to achieve a lucid dream.

For anyone wondering what it is like to experience a Lucid Dream, then this is definitely the easiest and most reliable way of getting started!

The Secret Life Of A Lucid Dreamer!

Do you want to dream lucidly? Knowing that you want to have a lucid dream is a good start, but it’s not all you’ll need to do. There are several different methods you can use.

So, what is so good about being a lucid dreamer? What would you gain from it? In order to understand the advantages of being aware when you are dreaming, we need to examine what regular sleep actually is.

Before we look at lucid dreaming, think about normal sleep; you get into bed, close your eyes for a certain length of time, and either dream or just see black for a few hours and then wake up! It isn’t very interesting now is it?

Normal sleep just seems to serve the purpose of simply refreshing ourselves in order to live out the next day. But what if you could control that period of time that you have dreams?

How would you like to control what you do while in your dream? Control the events that happen in it in any way you like. A lucid dreamer is in complete control of their dreams. They are able to enter the spiritual realm of existence far removed from what exists in the physical waking hours.

How can a person achieve this? How do you learn to be a lucid dreamer? DILD refers to a dream initiated lucid dream. You need to realize you are dreaming. In other words, if you are dreaming and know it, you are having a lucid dream.

The second way is having a wake-initiated lucid dream (WILD); where the dreamer goes from being awake, to being asleep with no change in consciousness. In other words, the dreamer enters their dream as if it were a door, rather than just “waking up” in a dream.

How do you go about achieving these two states of lucid dreaming?

Dream Recall

You will need to learn how to remember your dreams if you want to be able to have lucid dreams. It is referred to as dream recall, the ability to remember your dreams. If you can remember your dreams you are more likely to realize when you are dreaming because many of the dreams you have will be the same or almost the same.

The best way to practice dream recall is through keeping a dream journal. This is a tool in which you write down whatever you can remember about your dream so you can recall it in the future. Do this right after you wake up - dreams are harder to remember the longer you wait.

Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD)

Dr Steven LaBerge is a leading scientist who studies lucid dreaming. He was the founder of MILD. This method involves telling yourself you will remember your dreams or perhaps an object in the dream. When you see the object while dreaming it will trigger your mind into knowing you are in a dream.

Wake-Back-to-Bed (WBTB)

To use this process, go to sleep with an alarm set to wake you up five to six hours later. When you wake up, don’t go right back to sleep. Instead, do something else, like think about lucid dreaming or read a book, for about an hour. Then go back to bed.

This technique of learning to lucid dream has a sixty percent success rate according to Stephen LaBerge. You have waked up during the dream cycle of your sleep which is referred to as REM. This is like a trigger telling your mind that you want to be aware when you are dreaming.

Cycle Adjustment Technique

Created by Daniel Love, this method involves setting an alarm to wake you one and a half hours before your normal wake-up time. Once you get used to this early time, alternate your alarm between a normal time and the early one. When your alarm is set to wake you normally, you’ll find your body’s already ready to wake up early. That makes it more likely that you’ll wake up in your dream, and dream lucidly.

WILD refers to Wake Initiation of Lucid Dreams

This method was described before. If you would like to achieve a lucid dream this way, all you have to do is to keep your mind awake while you body falls asleep. This is perhaps the most interesting way of entering a lucid dream. It is as if you are getting ready to watch a movie. You are in the real world, you sit on your couch, you turn on the TV and press play (starting to sleep), the screen is black (in the same way as when your eyes are closed), and all you have to do is wait for the movie to actually start.

There are several different ways to hold onto awareness, including imagining going up or down a flight of stairs, chanting, counting numbers, breaths, or anything else, breathing control, and muscle relaxation. These and other self-hypnosis methods will give you something to concentrate on, but don’t do this when you’re tired, or you may lose consciousness.

They now have tools you can use to make it even easier to induce lucid dreams. You can get dreaming masks and devices with strobe lights to help you get into the right state of dreaming.

Definitely the easiest and most reliable way of inducing a lucid dream however is by listening to binaural beats sound frequencies via headphones.

These work because they’re able to synchronize both brain hemispheres, giving the effect of an almost instantaneous change to the frequency used in REM sleep, which is also necessary for lucid dreaming.

Combined with the self hypnosis sessions and affirmations to prepare your subconscious mind beforehand, becoming a lucid dreamer is something that everyone can now experience!

Do You Like The Idea Of Dream Control?

We tend to operate under the assumption that our dreams are something entirely out of our hands. We think of them as a mysterious happening which we do not fully understand, much less have the ability to control. However, these nightly journeys made by our subconscious are something which we can indeed take control of. Thanks to a technique known as lucid dreaming, dream control is an ability which is well within our reach.

But just what is lucid dreaming anyway? How can you learn to use dream control? Most importantly, what are the benefits of using dream control? Lets take a closer look at lucid dreaming and what dream control can accomplish in your life.

Exactly What is Dream Control?

Dream control, (through the use of lucid dreaming), is your becoming aware of the fact you are in a dream state, and that you can actually control the happenings in your dream. As you are sound asleep, you recognize that the events you think are going on are actually dreams, and that you can control how the events transpire to even the ending.

Dream control can be a great help to people who suffer from recurring nightmares. The simple, yet powerful technique of lucid dreaming can enable these people to get a full nights sleep.

Common Techniques For Inducing Lucid Dreaming

One of the most effective ways of inducing lucid dreaming is also one of the newest binaural audio. This is a technology which involves listening to two different frequencies at the same time. This listening produces deep relaxation and allows your brainwaves to synchronize, leading to the REM sleep state necessary for lucid dreaming to occur.

Prior to this technology being available for use through DVDs or CDs to help with dream control, meditation and self hypnosis were the popular methods to induce lucid dreaming, in spite of the fact, that numerous individuals complained about not being able to achieve the state of dream control through the use of these methods.

Other than these methods, many others have been used by psychologists and sleep researchers. However the mind is trained to assert dream control, the object is the same to enable the dreamer to realize that they are dreaming and to begin taking the reins of their dreams.

To accomplish this, it takes us being completely awake it start, with the secret being the ability to remember to either say something or do an action in the dream, which will bring on the appropriate realization in your mind and permit you to control the next events happening.

This often comes down to you just saying to yourself, just prior to sleeping, that in a few minutes you will be dreaming, and that in the dream you will state something or do an action, and as this occurs, instantly you recognize you are dreaming.

This form of dream control training is called MILD (mnemonic induction of lucid dreams) and was developed by the scientist Dr. Stephen LaBerge. This mnemonic technique allows you to start using dream control to decide how your dreams will play out. Once you are lucid dreaming, there are no limits except for your own imagination!

There is another way of reaching lucid dreaming and it involves making a dream journal or diary, do this by keeping a pen or pencil and a notebook of some kind by your bed so that you can jot down any information that you are able to recall in the moments right after you wake up. By doing this for several nights, you will begin to see that you are able to recall the facts you have jotted down and dream something similar but this time you will start to exert control over the events.

Chase away the bad guys in nightmares, travel to whatever location you desire, go to your imagined hideaways, talk to famous people if you want, and basically be unshackled by worldly concerns. Through controlling your dreams, you can accomplish this, it gives you the ability to be in control of your nightly dream world and all that happens there.

However, there can be too much of the good thing which is lucid dreaming. Dreams can tell us important things, according to psychologists. So while you should unlock your full potential to have lucid dreaming experiences, make sure to give yourself some time off now and then to have natural dreams.

Do You Want To Try Conscious Dreaming?

Lucid dreaming (or conscious dreaming) is the state of sleeping and, at the same time, maintaining total awareness of those dreams. In this dream state your aware of dreaming and may even be able to consciously control those dreams.

The power of completely controlling your dreams might seem like something out of a fantasy novel, but it’s actually quite possible for anyone. Lucid dreaming is actually fairly easy, and offers you a wonderful way to express your inner desires and feelings. There are even tried and tested methods to get you into a lucid dream state.

To begin you need to think about what you want to gain. Do you want to have fun and live out your fantasies, or do you want to use lucid dreaming to help solve problems in your life. Maybe you are just curious about what the experience is like. It does not matter what your goal is as long as you keep it in mind and stay confident that you will achieve it.

When you decide ‘why’ you want to do this you will begin and learn techniques to help in your quest to start lucid dreaming. Techniques that will help you achieve the necessary frame of mind. Usually people who begin this kind of activity will start with recalling dreams they have had. Its just a matter of remembering dreams youve already dreamt.

You need to remember the dreams you have every night in order to start conscious dreaming. Try to remember every detail. A good way to do this is to keep a journal of all your dreams. Keep it beside your bed and record everything you can recall about your dreams. Do this every morning when you wake up. Do not wait until later in the day as you may forget. The longer you are awake the more you forget about your dreams.

Slowly, you’ll begin remembering more and more about your dreams, and you can use your dream diary to jog your memory. Since your mind is already primed to remember your dreams, becoming aware that they’re happening is an easy next step. Many people simply “wake up” suddenly in a dream, becoming aware that what’s happening isn’t real.

In addition to use of a dream diary, another popular method is hypnosis. This can help you achieve the mental state required to enter conscious dreaming. Hypnosis can get people to remember the most minute details of their dreams after only a few sessions. After that, you’ll be ready to start conscious dreaming.

Occasionally you may find you suddenly woke up from a lucid dream in the beginning and thats very normal. Just recall as much of your dream events and fall back into sleep. Focus on those events and you will get back into your dream. You may even have control over your dream and bring it to whatever conclusion you want.

You can also use this method. Wake up several hours earlier than you would normally and then try slipping back sleep. This mode of sleep and dreaming makes it much easier to stay aware of what you are dreaming. You may not even be sure if you are dreaming or just lying awake in your bed thinking. By doing this on a regularly basis, lucid dreaming is much more likely.

Watch your sleeping patterns closely. In this way, you will be able to tell what time is more likely to have this type of dream. Do not deprive yourself of too much sleep, as being extremely tired makes you sleep deeper and lucid dreaming is unlikely to occur in this stage of sleep.

However, good news. It has been found that lucid dreams have a positive effect on insomnia. By lucid dreaming, the effect is that it can teach your mind to close or shut down the distressful and bad thoughts which keep you awake.

It might seem like lucid dreaming is something you can only do after years of study, but that’s not really true. In just a little time, with a little work, you could become a conscious dreamer. Explore your own consciousness, manipulate your dreams and more!

Conscious dreaming is easy, and almost everyone can do it. Take a little time, and use one of these methods to unleash the power of lucid dreaming for yourself. You’ll be amazed at what you discover.

Many people have those dreams where you are conscious of everything going on around you and you feel like it is almost real life except for a few minor details. These are called lucid dreams. Lucid dreaming is usually a more realistic dream than normal ones that can turn into nightmares, because you are in control of the script and the outcome of these dreams.

Lucid dreaming allows you to be whatever you want to be in them, and share them with whoever you want, whether it is for a romantic getaway or an action packed thriller.

Normal dreams are not ones that let you control them, and sometimes take a turn for the worse, bringing out some of the worst fears buried in your minds, whereby when lucid dreaming, the dreams often seem so real and lifelike that you have a hard time distinguishing them from normal, everyday life.

A great way to find out whether it’s a dream or reality is to read a book, paper or magazine in the dream. Normally in dreams the letters are hazy and forever shifting and hence you can never read in a dream. If you can’t read then you sure are dreaming.

You may be having a fantasy about someone you want to be with. This may be impossible in real life, but of course anything is possible when you are lucid dreaming.

As soon as you realize you are dreaming start to change it, so that what you want to happen does. For example, imagine you are with the person you have been fantasying about, but now that person returns your smile, you get closer and soon touch. Just use your imagination to control your dream.

Lucid dreams can be brought about by simple techniques. While your body rests and relaxes for another day, your mind can be conscious.

There are various methods to invoke lucid dreams which can be mastered over time and with constant application and persistence.

By jotting down notes as soon as you awake that describe the lucid dream, you will be better able to learn to recall scenes and characters from your dreams. Don’t worry if you can’t recall everything because lucid dreams often recur at some point so you will have another chance to finish jotting it down. With this technique your lucid dreams will give you reference material for dream interpretations or other things.

If you are a writer this information is invaluable. You may have your next novel lined up. In a lucid dream you create the scenes and actions. The dream ends the way you want it to. Lucid dreaming is a time to pacify our inner ambitions and desires and plan their execution in reality.

Recalling more each time you try. When you wake up during a dream, sit and try remembering everything about the dream. Once you do that, then go to bed again and then try returning to the point in the dream where you woke up and carry on dreaming from there. These dreams repeat often so more you recall the more vivid your dream will become.

If you wake before your normal time, let’s say you have a couple of hours to go; this is the easiest time for lucid dreaming. It may seem like you have been awake and thinking all the time, but you have actually been lucid dreaming.

Some people have learned self hypnosis to help them remember dreams or things hidden in their sub-conscious minds, but it is really easy to recall your lucid dreams, if you concentrate on it.

A recent development in sound technology can open the possibility for lucid dreaming to be possible. By stimulating certain areas of the brain, it has been proven to induce the dream state that is entered during lucid dreaming and can make it easier for you to recall your dreams.

The Lucid Dreaming Experience

Lucid Dreaming or Conscious Dreaming is the art of being aware that one is actually dreaming. In simple words, while in dream, you are aware that all the events are not happening in fact, or Its Just A Dream! kind of situation. There is certain amount of control you can exercise while lucid dreaming, which is not the case in normal dreams.

This is nothing short of the metaphysical. Your limitations are lifted; you can do the “impossible”.

But this begs the question: can it really be so easy? Is this accessible to all? If it really is that easy why doesn’t everybody do it?

In fact, lucid dreaming is not too difficult an ask. If you are determined to learn this powerful medium of expressing your inner desires, there are tried and tested ways of achieving this.

Perhaps most important of all is that you need to be perfectly clear regarding your personal objective in trying to master lucid dreaming. Are these lucid dreams for your own private playground, or do you have something more serious in mind? It doesn’t much matter, just as long as you’ve got it crystal clear in your mind’s eye.

That’s the prerequisite for learning how to lucid dream. Once you have it down, you’ll start on Dream Recall. This means you will clearly recall the dreams you had the previous night. Without Dream Recall, you will never get to the level where you can do lucid dreaming.

The process is slow, but it can be achieved by maintaining a Dream Recall Register in which you enter as many details as you can remember about your dreams daily. Slowly but surely, youll realize that you can remember even the most vivid details of your dreams. Periodic reality checks during the course of dreaming will train your mind to be aware in dreams.

Now, using hypnosis can really speed you forward along the road of preparation to get you to the point where your subconscious mind opens you up to lucid dreaming–even with just a session or two of hypnosis. Now, be prepared for suddenly waking up during a lucid dream. We all might wake up during any dream. But if this happens to you, you’ll find the dream you awakened from easy to recall; and all you do then is relax, go back to sleep, and resume the dream. You’ll realize then that you have the power of lucid dreaming within you!

While in a lucid dream, it may happen that suddenly, you are wide-awake. However, with the power that you have attained so far, youll be easily able to recollect all the important details of the dream. Now, just try to relax and sleep again, while continuing the dream with the desired directions. When you wake up, youll realize the real power of conscious dreaming you just experienced the night before.

Just set an alarm clock to go off two or three hours before you are going to get up. When the alarm goes off, wake up and turn it off; then go back to sleep, and sink down deep into detailed lucid dreams. So, keep in mind that it’s a great tool to know your sleeping patterns. By knowing these, you are best able to know your best times to sink down into lucid dreams.

Insomnia can be cured with lucid dreaming, too! If you can’t get to sleep when you put your head down on that pillow, all you need to is suggest to your mind that to sleep is to lucid dream, and you’ll find your mind will take care of everything and make it so you can sleep soundly.

Lucid dreaming can actually help you fight sleeping disorders, like insomnia. Whenever you are struggling to sleep at the normal sleeping hours, you just need to tell your mind that sleeping equals lucid dreaming, and your mind will take care of all the thoughts that are preventing you from falling asleep.

Recent advances in sound technologies have made it much faster and easier for one to learn lucid dreaming.

Many people are finding that the most reliable and certainly quickest way, of having a lucid dream is by listening to binaural audios.

In the years prior to this technology, only certain meditation techniques, which frequently took long years to learn and the perseverance and determination of a sage or saint, were available, and this drove many people to abandon their lucid dreaming quests altogether.

Before the discovery of this system of binaural sound waves you could only achieve this level of relaxation by many years of meditation study.

By listening to binaural sound waves, particular when combined with hypnosis to prepare the subconscious mind, it is possible for you to experience lucid dreaming very soon after your first attempt.
