Law of Attraction in simple words means we are attract whatever we fix our attention on. Yes, this means you will be deliberately attracting what you like and might also unknowingly attract what you never want if you focus on that more!!

Why does it work? Since the inception of universe the one thing that is same and constantly at work is the Universal Law and Universal Force. Universe can be compared to a loving mother who takes tender and unfailing care for her kid. Like a mother the universe takes care of you and when you need something it helps you achieve it.

What is visualization? Visualization is picturizing mentally the goals you want to achieve in a realistic way. This should be done in a quiet place preferably to keep your concentration steady. In a calm atmosphere you relieve you mind off your thoughts and anything that is stored in there and dream about your goals. When you picturize your goal you make it as real & detailed as possible. Then you picturize how it’s going to happen and how you and others react etc.

The first and foremost thing we all should know is this law is completely against negativity. This means your thoughts or words or actions should not have any negativity!! Negativity has great impact on everything. Even a moments’ negativity or doubt can stop the law from working for you!! Positive attitude and belief is the key to receive what you want from universe.

Definite Don’t for Law of Attraction: I have spoken about how the law works and how to make it work for you. I should also mention what not to do for Law of Attraction. Negativity is like wild fire. It has great impacts to the extent of freezing the law from working for you. Yes! Not only actions or words even thought of negativity is more than enough.

Negativity need not necessarily be ‘It won’t’ could also be a seed of doubt.. ‘Will it?’ This is more than enough. Why is negativity harmful? Like how positive thoughts are very important for achieving the goals with their positive impact, negative thoughts will have the vice-versa effect.

You can use this law for almost anything from resolving relationships, marriage, to rejuvenate your immune system, to buy your favorite food processor, in your quest of ‘how to lose fat‘ or just for scoring high marks.

Losing your dreams amidst the hectic routine of daily life is common danger if you do not keep your dreams and goals clearly identifiable. This means that regardless of what you want to achieve, keep the vision clear in your mind. In order to realize any type of dream, goal setting is essential.

Whether you want to save enough money to buy that trendy leather watch, or run a marathon, start by writing your goal down. Goals are the puzzle pieces that will help you achieve your dream. For instance a goal is an identifiable, specific task that you can tackle and complete. It is usually set in manageable time increments.

Once you have written down your goals think about them. This means evaluating why you want to buy those expensive brown boots. Is it for your personal satisfaction, or do you want to impress your friends? Once you have thought about your goals, and know you are doing them for the right reasons you can move forward.

After you have identified your goals and the reasons behind them, take a look at where you are now and where you want to be. Your goals will revolve around making what you already have better. Evaluate your strengths and take a look at your weaknesses.

If you have been trying to get rid of 20 pounds most of your life recognize what you have been doing wrong. Maybe your expectation to lose weight fast has been your pitfall. Whatever the case, you need to find your mistakes and set them straight.

This may mean conquering your weakness points. If you are on the road to lose weight, recognize the times of day you tend to overeat. When you have a clear picture of your mistakes you can work to avoid them. Maybe you are saving your money for a particular item, but know that you will spend money if you go to the mall. This may mean choosing an alternative past-time for your recreational purposes. Maybe invite friends over for a movie instead?

How will you succeed? What are the tools you will need in order to achieve your goals? So, you want to lose weight? What do you have to do in order to accomplish this goal? Give yourself credit when you do things right, and some slack when you mess up. Messing up is usually apart of the process, but the trick is not to get discouraged by your slip-ups and continue with your plan of action. This will help you move forward toward success.

No one can give you a tin of unhappiness, or a bucket of joy. These things are not physical items that can be passed from person to person. They are intangible items that exist only in ourselves. In fact just the other day I was at a wedding. I told one of my friends how wonderful she looked and how much I liked her outfit. She leapt to the conclusion that I was being sarcastic and chose to be offended by what was a genuine compliment. Had I even been being sarcastic, she could have chosen to be complimented and replied with a, I’m glad you like it and felt better about herself. There was a guy I knew when I was younger. He was short, balding, spotty and he had been short changed in the looks department. Yet whenever we went out to bars, he'd wander up to any pretty woman and start talking to her. If she turned him down, he’s shrug his shoulders and continue. I don’t think it ever even occurred to him to feel bad about these rejections. He’d just smile and say, hour loss?and move on to the next one. Believe it or not, each of you are in control of yourself and how you feel. You can choose to feel anyway you want. Right now, you could choose to feel happy; or I am sure you could choose to feel sad. Just by thinking about it, you could change how you feel. It’s almost magic isn’t it? So what about choosing how you feel when you are interacting with other people?

The vast majority of people run on auto-pilot. They allow their body and mind to more or less get on with it, not worrying too much about the programs that are running or the condition of it. It doesn't interfere with them too much so they allow it to get on with it. It’s like watching all the cars driving around a city and not realising there is someone inside controlling them. Most people have forgotten there is this person?inside of them controlling them. If you choose, you can take back control of how you feel and stop relying on other people to meet certain conditions. When you go to the office and someone says, food Morning?to you, you can choose to grumble and mutter, There’s nothing good about it.?Or, you can choose to reply in kind and say, it’s a fantastic morning. That is, you can choose to feel bad or choose to feel good. Which do you prefer? Realise that you are the only person who can make you feel anything and stop allowing the people around you to make you feel bad. Decide to feel good and enjoy yourself.

It is important that we set ourselves goals in life, these can be short term, over a longer period of one to five years and also lifetime goals. It is one thing setting yourself these targets, however it is another thing to actually achieve them.

Write down your goals

I have always wanted to be a success and to have a happy life, I am sure this is the same for most people. In the early part of my life I was unable to achieve both of these aims; this was partly because I had a stuttering problem. In my early to mid twenties I decided to attempt to learn about ways in which I could ensure that the future would be a lot better, than what the past had been. I soon began to read literature about these subjects in my quest to improve my life~I soon began to read literature about these subjects in my quest to improve my life}.

I soon realised the importance of setting goals and targets and was hopeful that this could help me to stop stuttering. I thought about what I wanted to be and which course I wanted my life to take. In the end I wrote out 3 different lists which of course including my future goals.

The first list included what I wanted to achieve within the next twelve months. The second list contained what I wanted to achieve within five years and the third list was my lifetime goals - one of which was to own my own company selling composite front doors.

Avoid negative people

There are people out there who try to bring me down. They attempt to do this by off the cuff comments they make or just by the way they seem to look down on me~Nasty comments, dirty looks and gossiping were all things that these nasty people would do}. They look at me as If I am worthless and some kind of loser. These type of people have caused me many sleepless nights and have had a negative affect on my self-confidence.

Quite simply the answer to this problem is to stay away from them, this is not always easy however~I knew that I had to steer well clear from these bad influences; this can however be easier said than done}.

I am pleased to report that I have now overcome the speech impediment - life is now far much happier for me.

I also own a business and also work on a part-time basis working along side a business cost reduction specialist.

As you can see life is now so much better for me and I am sure that it could be for you.

 


How To Attain Your Goals

About four years ago I discovered the many benefits of setting targets and goals. I thought about what I wanted to be and which course I wanted my life to take. I wrote out three different lists of my aims for the future.

The first list included what I wanted to achieve within the next twelve months. The second list contained what I wanted to achieve within five years and the third list was my lifetime goals.

One of my goals was to do with my composite front doors business. I wanted to ensure that the world would get to know about the fact that I offer affordable composite doors.

I had read that it of benefit to write any goals or targets down to ensure that one can keep focused.

Invest time and money to reach your goals

I now had a determination to succeed and was willing to work hard to achieve my goals. To achieve anything in life takes time and dedication. One of my aims was to overcome stuttering. To achieve success I had to leave no stone unturned and I had to believe in my ability to kill my demons. I decided to ease up on myself and to even have monthly treats to keep me and my body happy. I went to see a refloxologist and a few weeks later I went to see an aromatherapist. The stutter which had affected my life since I had been a young child was eventually eradicated but only after a lot of hard work.
